Lulzsec was an associate of the Internet group Anonymous.

Lulzsec Hacks refers to a series of high profile cyber-attacks carried out by the computer hacking group Lulzsec (Lulz Security) beginning in May 2011. Some of the most notable targeted websites include Sony Pictures’ internal database, CIA website and FBI’s contractor InfraGard among others. On 20 June, Lulzsec announced it had teamed up with Anonymous for "Operation Anti-Security." They encouraged supporters to hack into, steal, and publish classified government information...
