Higinio Ochoa III (aka w0rmer) 27 months in Federal Prison.
August 26, 2012. A federal judge in Austin this past week sentenced Higinio Ochoa III (w0rmer) to 27 months in federal prison for hacking into computers of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Alabama Department of Public Safety, Houston County, Alabama and the West Virginia Chiefs of Police Association.
Higinio, who pleaded guilty in June to accessing a protected computer without authorization, had faced up to five years in prison. U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks ordered him to pay more than $14,000 in restitution. Higinio, also known as AnonW0rmer, was a member of the CabinCr3w and an Anonymous hacktivist.

Time for a Free W0rmer Baby Shower! Higinio and Kylie Ochoa, as many may know, are having a baby boy! We can’t be happier for them and can only hope that Baby W0rmer looks like his Mommy with Daddy’s great sense of making the world a better place for all lol. With Higinio incarcerated for what seems like a very long time, I thought we could help the Ochoa family with some very needed items for Baby W0rmer.
Please join us as we have a baby shower for the Ochoa family that is about to become one larger. The Ochoa clan has enough on their plate these days and I think many of us could use some fun. So don your party hats because we are having a baby shower!
